Every week, I guide you with others on a 20-25 minute wind down live on video chat. Sit comfortably with your camera's on or off, and drift off and reset your nervous system for the night.
I recommend you prepare your space with dim lights, disconnect from electronics, and have your bed ready for you to slip in. Dark 65 degree room, with all sounds off, so you can get in one really long and good and restful nights sleep.
